Claim the listing from the building’s scorecard to post right-of-reply on outages and correct ownership details. Find your building on the map and use “Claim this building.” If you can’t find it, email us with the subject “Owner claim”.

Wrong owner, manager, or service contractor on a building? Email us with the subject “Correction” and include the building page link. We review corrections within 14 days.
