This is a municipality building complex, there are 3 stories, with 80% of the offices are on the 2nd & 3rd floor. There are approximately 936 employees. The building was constructed in 2016 with 2 main lobby elevators. Currently, one of the main elevators has been down for 8 months, and when I inquired about the repair time frame, I was told they will not be repairing this elevator. I believe this is an ADA violation, but cannot seem to find the correct place to file a complaint.
